Tailwind for Pablo Sinus and Deep Breath Intelligence
Prof. Pablo Sinues with his Startup Deep Breath Intelligence (DBI) has won the *Zünder Accelerator Award 2023 including a Grant of 15.000 SFR at the *Zünder Start Up Day. Besides, the DBI has been selected to attend the Swissnex Startup Bootcamp powered by Innosuisse.
This is another milestone in the expansion of DBI to the US. The Zug-based start-up has developed a medical breath test. Patients can exhale through a mouthpiece into a high-resolution mass spectrometer. The solution is already being used in practice to measure the effect of an epilepsy medication. The company is also working on a "breath collector" for use at home.
