Abstract
Colin Chu will outline their current work in developing novel imaging-based biomarkers to manage patients with blinding eye diseases. This spans adaptive optics and OCT-based imaging of immune cells in clinical trials and mouse models, alongside new spatial proteomic technologies to better define the actual biological correlates of retinal imaging features.
