This bi-weekly journal club introduces students to recent advances in digital and computational pathology through in-depth discussion of selected publications. Participants develop critical reviewing skills, receive input from researchers at the University of Basel and University Hospital Basel, and once per semester give a short presentation to contextualize a chosen paper.
This interdisciplinary lecture series introduces students to cutting-edge technologies in medicine, ranging from 3D printing, advanced imaging, and minimally invasive interventions to robotics and novel diagnostic tools, including recent advancements in artificial intelligence and its applications in digital pathology.
