Prof. Viktor Kölzer and Team Win the NWO Team Science Award
The Dutch Research Council (NWO) has awarded the €50,000 Team Science Award to a team of researchers from Switzerland and the Netherlands, including the Department of Biomedical Engineering and University of Basel's Pathology Department.
From their website: The Team Science Award rewards the most inspiring and successful team of researchers from various disciplinary fields, who jointly take on a scientific challenge in which their individual strengths and expertise demonstrably reinforce each other. Each year one team will receive the award of 50k€. The prize money is intended for activities with relation to the team.
