Contrast mechanisms
Quantitative contrast mechanisms and analyses at multiple field strengths: Conventional magnetic resonance imaging at 1.5 Tesla is limited by modest signal-to-noise ratio and spatial resolution. Our research integrates advanced neuroimaging techniques such as ultrahigh field MRI at 7 Tesla, quantitative contrast mechanisms and artificial intelligence powered automated segmentation or classification methods to better detect and understand neuroinflammation and degeneration in the central nervous system.
