The swiss TV show PULS of the SRF channel broadcasted a short documentary focusing on the use of our Virtual Reality Software (SpectoVR) at the University Hospital Basel. The Soft Ware is not only used to plan complex surgeries but also to educate the patients.

Balazs Faludi successfully presented his research entitled: "Direct Visual and Haptic Volume Rendering of Medical Data Sets for an Immersive Exploration in Virtual Reality", at the 22nd International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI) which attracted world leading biomedical scientists, engineers, and clinicians from a wide range of disciplines.
